Is Obama scared of Palin?

I think that her nomination changes the way that Obama will have to play the game.  Especially since her acceptance speech went over so well.  She delivered the best speech, not only at the RNC, but at the DNC as well.

Right now, some writer working for a major network, is trying to find the right words to tear her apart.  Soon you will see that these major networks are in the back pocket of the Democrats, if you haven't noticed it already.

The Democrats are scared of Palin, because she is exactly what they tell women to be.  Strong, independent, smart and she is woman that has made her own way.  But since she is on the other side of the isle, she isnt fit enough to run for office.  They are saying she needs to stay home and take care of her 5 children.  But why are they not saying Obama needs to stay home and take care of his two children.  Is it because he is a man, or that he already has nannies in place to take care of his kids or are they sexist?

She is a powerful woman with strong convictions, and those  convictions will make her difficult to deal with.  The more that the Democrats try and destroy her the more Republicans will rally around her.

Stop destroying St. Paul!

This goes out to all of those protesters that have come to St. Paul just to destroy some property. What the hell are you thinking? I know that some of you are not even from Minnesota and you have come to protest and destroy our state capital. Why don't you invite some of us that are fed up with your stupid antics into your home and lets see how you like it.

There are some of you that are protesting peacefully and I have to commend you for doing that. You are not the ones that I am speaking to, because you show some civility unlike the other guys. You are showing the world that America isnt a bunch of people that make think of violence first

Battle of Minneapolis

Last night I went to the Rage Against the Machine concert in Minneapolis. To be honest, the show was the greatest show that I have ever seen. The opening act was a high energy assult from Anti Flag.

Rage Against the Machine came on in orange jump suits and black blindfolds. They looked like they were in front of a firing squad. They were given their instruments and exploded into high intensity music that they are known for. On top of the stage they had a message, "RNC Fuck You." They played all of their well known songs to thousands and thousands of screaming fans.

They came back for the encore and blew the roof off of the place. They ended with my favorite song "Killing in the Name." But then they did something that I never expected them to do. De la Roche told the fans "The cops out side are looking for anything. Be better than them, walk away." I have always respected RATM and now after saying that I respect them even more. They got everyone all fired up and they didnt want anyone to get hurt.

For me the message in what they were trying to say is clear. We all have a voice, together we are a force to be delt with. We dont need violence clogging our cause it only inhibits what you are trying to do. It is American to protest, and it is even better to do it without violence. They have the guns, but we have the voice.

The Presidency is above Obama's pay grade.

There has been one thing that has been bothering me for a while, it is the answers that Obama delivered at the Saddlebrook Church on August 16,2008.

The first question, "At what point does a baby get human rights?"

Obama's response:  "I think that whether you are looking at it from a theological perspective or a scientific perspective, answering that question with specificity, you know, is above my pay grade."

Above your pay grade, are you kidding me.  You are running to be the President of the United States of America, the greatest country in the world, there should be nothing above your pay grade.  You are going to govern over 300 million people and you can't answer a simple question, because you say it's above your pay grade.  Are seriously running for President?  These are the choices that you will have to make, God forbid you ever make it into office, you have to have an opinion about it, don't you.  But then again Obama doesn't want you to know he supports the termination of failed abortions, which means if an abortion fails and a live baby is born, they kill it.

The second question: "Name three people that would most influence your decisions?"

Obama's response:  "My wife Michelle Obama, my grandmother and politicians such as Ted Kennedy."

Awesome!  Your wife is exactly who I would go to first.  I mean she has said, "I have never been proud of my country in my adult life."  What a great answer from your wife, I mean wow.  You guys are really meant for eachother, Obama you refused to wear the flag on your lapel because you also werent happy with the country.  But the last time I checked she is not running for office but maybe she should if you are going to take advice from her.  Don't look for answers from experts, people that actually know what is going on, instead just find out what your family wants to do.  Your grandma, now do I really have to say anything more about that family thing.  And finally politicians like Ted Kennedy, People are not voting for him to be President.  I think this is a show case Obama's inexperience because a veteran leader McCain  responded to the same question with "Army Gen. David H. Petraeus,"  who if you have lived under a rock in the last year you should know is the top commander in Iraq; "John Lewis," the democratic congressman and civil rights leader;  "And my economic advisor, Meg Whitman," the ex-CEO of eBay.  THAT IS WHAT A PRESIDENT SHOULD SAY THE PRESIDENT SHOULD HAVE A PLAN.  People that know how to fix the problem not people that have no idea what the hell is going on.

Do you really want the man that is the figure head of this great country to say that something is above his pay grade or the people that influence his decisions on how to run the country are his family members?

Warrior Workout

I increased the resistance of my Gold's Gym with the Warrior comic #1 from 150lbs to 324lbs. It's not the paper but the weight of knowledge, beliefs, truths that bless this full-color graphic bible. Even with a hernia, I am glad to learn from this pain and wished I rethought my approach.

I'm not going to vote for Obama because of his political views, not because he is black.

First of all voting 140 times present in the US Senate doesn't mean anything when you don't vote for any issue.   He wont even vote on key issues, because he doesn't want to hurt his Presidential run.  And when he does vote, which happens on very rare occasions, he votes to the  far far left.  In his two years as a Senator the only thing he has been doing is running for President.

Obama's idea to drop Bush's tax cut is completely stupid.  Right now Americans are being taxed around 35%, while Obama would raise taxes and have you pay 39%.  The 4% doesn't seem like much but I prefer to keep the money in my pocket instead of dropping it in someone else's.  American's work hard for my money and we should be allowed to keep it, well at least some of it.

Obama wants a National Healthcare system.  This is fine and dandy with me, everyone deserves to be taken care of when they are sick, just not on my dime.  I don't believe that I should pay around 45-50% of my income on taxes, especially when I only go to the hospital maybe, one time a year.  National Healthcare systems in France, Untied Kingdom and Canada are FAILING and there is no denying that.  The people cant get the care they need when they need it, they have to wait so they can be helped.

The last thing that is burning me today about Obama are his attacks on Sarah Palin.  It has been 4 days since she has been nominated for VP and the mud slinging has already started to fly.   Saying that her youngest son isn't hers, she is covering for her 17 year old daughter.  That a 44 year old woman couldn't have a baby.  This happens all of the time, yeah it is more difficult to get pregnant when you are over 40 but it still happens.

The Obama campaign is also criticizing Palin's daughter's pregnancy.  The girl is engaged and she is 5 months pregnant.  This happens all the time, you have to credit her and the Palin family for making the difficult choice to keep the baby and work on creating a family for the baby.  It seems Obama has forgot that his mother wasn't married when he was born, and she was 18 at the time, but you wont hear about that from the bias drive-by media.

Obama has been saying that Palin doesn't have enough experience to be VP.  Well Obama, she has more experience then you and you are running for President.  She actually votes to make things happen unlike you Obama.  She stands by her convictions instead of running away from them like you Obama.

Whatever happened to the campaign for CHANGE were the Obama campaign would rise to a higher moral level then previous presidential campaigns and not smear the opponent.
